Barony Consulting Group Limited, a dynamic independent consultancy which has been working with the public sector since 1993, and also providing executive leasing services.
Barony’s roots can be traced back to 1993 when it was founded by Doug Forbes, its Director. Since then, it has achieved a reputation of thought leadership and has undertaken a number of innovative projects for UK local and Central Government. Since then, we have consulted for over 200 public sector clients and Private sector, in a wide range of functions. These have been in the fields of Best Value, Procurement, Children’s Services, Revenues and Benefits, Procedures Review, eProcurement, DIP and Workflow implementation, Worklife Balance, staff and tenant surveys, automation of housing benefit processing and eGovernment.
